Refund Policy

1. Subscription Purchases
All Lovixo premium subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests for subscriptions must be directed to the respective platform, as their terms of service apply to all in-app purchases.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered if: you were charged for a subscription you did not intend to purchase, or a significant technical error on our platform prevented you from using premium features and could not be resolved in a reasonable time frame. General dissatisfaction is not grounds for a refund.
3. How to Request
Contact billing@lovixo.com with your account email, transaction ID, purchase date, and reason. We will respond within 5â7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
One-time in-app purchases (Super Likes, Boosts) that have already been used or consumed are non-refundable.
