Digital Nature of Our Services
Lovixo is a digital service platform. All purchases â including premium subscriptions and in-app items â are for digital goods and services and cannot be physically "returned."
Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellations do not automatically result in a refund.
Our Commitment
If you are unhappy with our service, please reach out to support@lovixo.com. In cases where an error on our part caused a charge, we will work with you to facilitate an appropriate remedy through the relevant app platform.
